It's easy! Just take your favorite cut of meat, message a generous amount of Boston Brown to both sides until a rich dark brown glaze developes. Grill over a medium heat until desired temperature. No need to sear your meat as the Boston Brown makes it all the more juicer. Enjoy! Please share your favorite recipe with us.

Dave,
I put it on my sausage for breakfast the way we talked about in the cast iron pan. Letting it melt down in after one side is cooked and it work fine and I enjoyed the taste it brought out in the sausage.
Thanks Walt

OVEN STYLE "BBQ" - Cooking for a crowd on game day? Take an 8 pound pork butt roast. Place on tin foil. Rub a bunch of Boston Brown Steak Rub all over it, then add a couple of more tablespoons on top. Wrap tight with several layers of foil. Bake in oven or on grill at 275 degrees for 7 hours. When done, unwrap in a pan with sides because there will be juice galore. Pull the meat apart and let soak up the nector. Serve as pulled pork sandwiches.
