The BOSTON BROWN STEAK Gourmet Coffee Spice Rub was developed by Dick Sarvis and Dave Werth. These guys are the founders of Old Mill Trading Company, LLC. located in Dansville, New York.
Dick worked many years as a meat cutter for a major grocery chain and retired with all his fingers intact. Dave is a grilling fanatic, and after tiring of the boring commercial spices available, was in search of the ultimate gourmet rub for his sirloins. Rich, destinctive, elegant, refined flavor says it all!
Many test grillings and Sam Adams Boston Lagers later and the BOSTON BROWN STEAK was born.
